NY – What do Shakespeare, The Beatles and James Bond all have in common?  You guessed it – they’re all Brits and you certainly don’t need to be an Anglophile to love the accent, the tea or that Kate Middleton.  So if you fancy a UK fix here in the Big Apple, grab your favorite mate and head over to Greenwich Ave in the West Village (affectionately known as Little Britain Boulevard) for the best British grub and goodies in the city and all owned by the fabulous Nicola Perry!

    1. Start your British excursion off at the quaint 10-table restaurant Tea and Sympathy.  Although they serve the most delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menu full of British specialties such as Yorkshire Pudding, Shepard’s Pie and Bangers and Mash, save your appetite… (you’ll see why later).  Order up the Afternoon Tea for one, which includes assorted finger sandwiches, scones, cakes and a pot of one of the 30 varieties of custom blended teas presented in the cutest authentic British teapots!
