After living abroad, Stephanie landed at University California Santa Barbara and received her Ph.D in Art History. With many museum internships under her belt and a passion for 16th Century Netherlandish art, she landed a job in the Drawings Department at the J Paul Getty Museum. She has been the curator there for the past 11 years. When she has some down time, she spends it with her artist husband and 7 year old daughter. Like most parents working in the art world, they torture their child by taking her to everything cultural. Fortunately for Stephanie, she is too young to opt out of going and actually seems to enjoy it!
