NY – There’s a whole new twist on ‘found art’ down in the West Village at Laura Lobdell Jewelry.  In this charming little shop where rose petals are often sprinkled all over the floor, you can find every day objects that have been beautifully transformed into really cool jewelry pieces.  Items such as guitar picks, matchsticks, Champagne cork covers, pull tabs and silverware are bedazzled with gems or personally engraved to commemorate a special occasion/date.
